Ik bepaal voor elke plant de beste en meest zorgvuldige manier van planten. Iedere plant heeft zijn eigen gebruiksaanwijzing.’’ Op haar afdeling ziet Aliona alleen het uitgangsmateriaal, maar als ze door de andere kassen loopt, wordt ze vrolijk bij het zien van de Heuchera Boysenberry. “Het geeloranje en rode blad herinnert mij aan de herfstkleuren in het bos van mijn geboorteland Moldavië. Deze plant maakt me nostalgisch.’’ Aliona is samen met Jan verantwoordelijk voor de afdeling waar de weefselkweek wordt opgeplant. Zij is bij AllPlant volledig op haar plek. “In de piektijd werken in mijn team 35 mensen. In her department, Aliona only sees the starting material, but when she walks through the greenhouse, she is getting happy from the Heuchera Boysenberry. “The yellow-orange and red foliage reminds me of the autumn colors in the woods frommy motherland Moldavia. This plant makes me feel nostalgic.” DE | Aliona Nicolay AUFZUCHT AUF PFLANZEN Aliona ist zusammen mit Jan für die Abteilung verantwortlich, in der die Gewebekultur gepflanzt wird. Sie fühlt sich bei AllPlant ganz zu Hause. “In Spitzenzeiten arbeiten 35 Leute in meinem Team. Sie pikieren jede Pflanze mit einer Pinzette in Platten. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, dafür zu sorgen, dass jede Pflanze starke Wurzeln entwickelt, damit sie selbst Nährstoffe und Wasser aufnehmen und gut wachsen kann. Ich bestimme für jede Pflanze die beste und sorgfältigste Art der Bepflanzung. Jede Pflanze hat ihre eigene Gebrauchsanweisung.“ In ihrer Abteilung sieht Aliona nur das Ausgangsmaterial, aber wenn sie durch die anderen Abeilungen desGewächshäuses geht, freut sie sich, wenn sie die Heuchera Boysenberry sieht. “Die gelb-orange-roten Blätter erinnern mich an die Herbstfarben imWald meiner Heimat Moldawien. Diese Pflanze macht mich nostalgisch.“
